Played on "Even Death Will Bleed", hardest difficulty. In the beginning there are some werewolves that need dispatching and I would suggest just letting them come to you as it's safer and less risky that way. Then there are some enforcers out there and you can dispatch them quickly too. Another note is be aware of the Dark Hunters as they are deadly in their first form and even after they transform. After taking them out (one in the alcove with the rogue and Infernal turret and another one in the alcove south of the elevator), use your pistol and normal weapons again to take out the cultists indoors. Not too many powerful enemies until you get to the area where you must fight the Anti-paladin for the orange skull key. There is also a secret area that is shaped like a serpent and contains many Infernal Turrets as well as a Bishop, Arch-Bishop, and a Cardinal at the end of the corridor. Take them out and get the green skull key. This green skull key will allow you enter another area full of cultists (with their backs turned) and you can take them out in there. They never leave the room so you can go and take pot shots at them while ducking and dodging the Bishops' attacks. Finally, after collecting all the secrets and treasures, head to the south door (south of the elevator) to fight a few more enemies and then you exit the level afterwards.
