"The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The second best time is now." -Chinese Proverb… This quote has been SO helpful to me. We often trick ourselves into thinking that the only time we can make changes in our lives is on New Years or our birthdays. This isn't the case. You can start again whenever. It's foolish to let the past ruin both the present and future. So if you need it, give yourself a fresh start. I did that and it's really helping me. BTW, if you’re subscribed to my email newsletter.
