How to Walk Out Your Squats Efficiently In this video, I explain how I teach lifters to walk their squats out in a way that's strong, stable, efficient and repeatable.

My main points are that:
- you ought to have a narrow stance before unracking with your feet under the bar, not behind the bar
- the walk out should occur over 3 steps. The first is a small step back before the next two widen out into your squat stance
- the walk out should be smooth, free from pauses or stuttering
