Steve Scheibe is the team owner of Scheibe Racing BMW and he's also an engineer with a background that includes being the man behind the Harley-Davidson VR1000 Superbike program. Scheibe recently landed his new rider for the 2020 season - Josh Herrin - and we finally got the chance to chat with Steve about the BMW, Herrin and his history in the sport in this week's episode of Off Track with Carruthers and Bice.
