Levi Dylan has a talent for performing, but you probably won't see him adding to his family's collection of Grammy Awards anytime soon. He plays both guitar and bass, but he quit the family business soon after he started. In 2017, he told Interview Magazine that he's always had an interest in performing and joined a band called Dreamers Dose. Though he claims that they were "really good," he ended up quitting after three short years because, as he told VMan in 2017,
"Nobody wants to listen to rock and roll anymore."
We're hoping he didn't repeat this sentiment to his dad and granddad.
It seems like Dylan was just finding his footing as an adult and exploring his passion when he decided to bow out of the music industry. In an interview with The Daily Front Row, he claimed that he just lost motivation, but it was fun while it lasted. As he admitted,
"I stopped because I wasn't as interested as people thought I would be. I just grew out of it. The guys who I played with musically surpassed me and I stopped trying. We finished off with a big show in around 2013 with like 2,500 people, which was cool. I got a lot out of it, and I keep it with me."
