#IndianCoastGuard #IndianFishermen In an extremely rough weather conditions at sea Coast Guard Ship SavitriBai Phule undertook a dare devil operation 10 Nautical Miles off Malpe, #Karnataka Coast and Rescued a fisherman who kept himself alive for more than 12 hours at rough seas and desperately looking out for help. The message of #missingfisherman at sea and Coast Guard assistance was sought by SP Coastal Security Police Malpe .Fisherman belongs to Odisha state and has been picked up at about 1600 hours today in a completely exhaustive state. He had fallen overboard from his fishing boat at sea early morning today while fishing due to inclement weather conditions .It is pertinent to mention that Coast Guard has been advising and relaying the weather warnings to the fishing boats at sea about the prevailing well marked low pressure area in the central #ArabianSea and subsequent #roughsea. The rescued fisherman had ventured out at sea today.The fisherman has been examined medically onboard Coast Guard ship and is stable and safe. Fisherman has been embarked on board #CoastGuardShip and is being brought to harbour at New Mangalore. Necessary first aid has been provided to the fisherman.
