People struggle from the day to day grind, and having to deal with other people. What we have to realize is that they are NOT us. No matter how much we may wish they were us, they simply are not. So, the best thing for you to do as an individual to do is, understand we all have our own perspectives we see the world through. If you can stay mindful of that; you will be at peace a lot more in life.

Strive to be an influence vs someone controlling. You will receive much better results.
