The Durham Festival of Wellbeing

The Durham Festival of Wellbeing This is the first Durham Festival of Wellbeing. The festival was based at the TCR Hub in Barnard Castle, County Durham between 30th August and 1st September 2019.
The TCR Hub is a community venue and community business, delivering a wide range of activities and services to the South West Durham community.
The event included wellbeing activities such as yoga, pilates, swing dance, rockbox, samba drumming, music workshops, community choir, live music, art and craft workshops, gardening, laughter yoga, talking therapies and treatments such as massage and facials.
The attendees were entertained with a range of live music including Holy Moly and the Crackers, Showhawk Duo, Ailsa and the Seahorses, Katie and Lewis and Sam Nixon.
Attendees also had a range of stalls to browse selling wellbeing items including beauty, homeware and food.
