This footage was filmed by Nene Angulo while on his way to work near Broadway & 8th avenue in Downtown San Diego in California. In the footage we can see this object hovering over the freeway for a short while before drifting off and out of his view. Nene Angulo states " . I saw it when I was driving in traffic. It wasn't moving at all, just floating there. It's not a blimp, plane, or helicopter." He when on to add " I think it may have contributed to the extra heavy traffic that morning." With this object's odd shape it doesn't look like a balloon and it look quite big but there are big balloon and at the beginning of the footage if you look to the top right hand side of the footage you can see another object hovering. this object looks to be cigar shaped in appearance...
