- Okay, I first heard this song on the video game soundtrack of "Madden 2004", and I've loved it ever since! "All That's Left", from the album "The Artist and The Ambulance", was written by Eddie Breckenridge- bass, Riley Breckenridge- drums, Dustin Kensrue-lead vocals/guitar and Teppei Teranishi- lead guitar. (all original & current members of Thrice). It was released to radio on June 17, 2003. Both a single and enhanced CD version were released for the song in 2003.
