☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ As per Coppa law Title 16 Code of Federal Regulations section 312.2 this video is suitable for mix audience , however it is not made for kids, therefore I was forced to choose "not for kids" because YT did not provide a possibility to choose mixed audience.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ This is our plan B if the worst case scenario would become reality.. (❤❤❤❤❤we linked a video at the end that gives us some hope that maybe it won't have to come to that..❤❤❤❤❤)

Dear all, As you all know, there is a new law about protecting kids and YT gives us only 2 choices: either it is meant for kids, or it is not
Our vids are NOT made for kids, but there is a possibility that we will have to choose yes it is for kids because if they (Coppa) decide that pets are for kids,
we would be penalised and seems they would want people to pay 43000 USD per video (!!!!!)
Anyway, in the coming days we should be getting more clarity about it..
The worst that could happen to us is that we will have to choose to make our vids "yes for kids" and then we would loose our comment section..
Here is our solution for that case:
In the case that we would lose our comment section, we would create a new channel named "News for all adult friends of Roxy Potyike" in the category "News & politics"
(I suppose they could not say that such a category could be meant for kids) and I will always give the link in the Roxy vids so you can go and leave your comment if you want to..
For now this is what I can think of as alternative for the worst case scenario, should it occur... (We still hope it won't have to come to that)
Let's all take care and keep helping each other.. Unfortunately we cannot change the law..
but we can find a way to live with it the best way possible
