Today’s video I will share with you a #vlog where I made a recipe which is high in protein, in this recipe you will get approximately 23g of protein , and the protein source is vegetarian protein it is soya protein, as we all know in vegetarian we get a high amount of protein in soy products. Today I made a recipe with soy flour it is low in calories but you will get 23g of protein.
RDA of Protein- Women needs -46g protein every day minimum
Men need -56g of protein every day minimum
And to calculate how much protein you want everyday formula is very simple, just find your normal body weight according to your height and multiply it with 0.8, whatever you get it is your daily protein requirement.
Protein is very essential for our growth and development as well as protein is essential to stop hair fall, hormones development, and muscle building, so try to take enough amount of protein every day.
