Murder conviction quashed - Appeal Court Judges order a retrial for Real Lishman

A 44-year-old man convicted of murdering his wife has had his conviction quashed. The Court of Appeal has ordered a retrial for Real Lishman.

For the time being, he will be remanded in custody.
