EXERCISES DEMONSTRATED:
1- Dumbbell shoulder press;
While the shoulder press focuses primarily on two portions of the deltoids, or shoulders, it also works a plethora of other muscles. Your trapezius, triceps and rotator cuff muscles all have to work in conjunction with your shoulders for this exercise to be done.
2 -Dumbbell bicep curls;
Dumbbell curls target your biceps muscles, which are the large muscles located on the fronts of your upper arms. Although these muscles are the sole target of dumbbell curls, a number of other muscles get stronger during the proper execution of the exercise.
3- Dumbbell squats;
The dumbbell squat is a compound exercise that strengthens the lower body, including the quads, hips, hamstrings, and glutes. The exercise activates the muscles in your core, and requires core strength and ankle mobility to achieve greater depth.
