Okay , I been doing videos of properties that are unsanitary and unsafe to live in in South Los Angeles. These are , but a few that overcharge in rent to working people. These rental companies harass the tenants for rent, and look at how the building is left. The buildings are not well light, they have violent people living in some of the units, and there are people who fist fight in the driveways. The building owner only is concerned about rent and not the safety of the people living in these units.
Golden Bee charges $200 late fee in rent even if you are less than a month paying it. They give no grace period, and they harass the people to pay high rent fees. They try hard to increase the rent in anyway possible, never move in with this rental company. They over charge in rent for a dump.
