How to Function Test Cheap China Wastegates

I'm using a pair of $60 no-name wastegates I found on Amazon. They are 44mm Tial knock-offs and are going on my twin 72mm turbo LS swapped Cutlass. I had to take the gates apart and deburr and clean all of the machined surfaces. One gate had a pinched diaphragm and I think it is leaking because of this as you will see in the video. The supplier of the gates claimed they had 15psi springs in them. I'm going to find out if this is true.
