Mix Sabzi ka Shorba:
Ingredients:
Onion (chopped) 2
Garlic (ground) 3 cloves
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Potatoes (chopped) 1
Peas 1 cup
Carrots (chopped) 2
Cabbage 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Chicken Bones 250 gms
Salt 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Coriander Powder 4 tbsp
Bay Leaf 1
Cloves 1
Black Peppercorns 5
Water 3 liter
Method:
Boil chicken bones with cloves and black pepper, cook for 45 minutes and sieve out the bones, add peas and potatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes
Now add garlic and cabbage to it
Now seasonings, onion, tomatoes, lemon juice and cook for a minute
Mix all well and serve.
Foil fish:
Ingredients:
Fish 1-1/2 kg
Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Carom Seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green Chilies 4-6
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Powder 1 tbsp
Curry leaves few
Method:
Marinate fish with all the seasonings and leave it for half an hour. Now wrap the fish in foil and bake it for 20 minutes .Now add curry leaves and green chilies and cook for 5 minutes Serve hot .
Zafrani Biryani :
Ingredients:
Mutton (Cibed) 1 kg
Saffron 1 tsp
Onions (sliced) 2
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
Soaked Rice 3 cups.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, ginger and garlic
Now add mutton and red chili powder, cook well.
Add salt, 5 cups water and cook till the meat is tender.
Add garam masala to it and remove it from stove.
Soak saffron in hot water.
Now boil rice with salt, drain out the water and make a layer of rice on mutton mixture.
Now add saffron water to it and leave it on simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix well and serve
