Use Green Floral foam sheet (I didn’t but this is way stronger) 17”x22” You may need to glue together.

Terra Cotta dish flipped over
2 Dollar Tree Moss Bags
Hot Glue
If you are like me =) Gorilla tape to hold heart onto dowel.
