Understanding & Establishing Angles in Boxing (Basics)

In boxing every movement is important. Establishing angles is a key component in boxing, but it is just as equally important to know what exactly you can do in that angle you created for yourself. Boxing angles established each have positions where you are able to land punches and avoid certain punches from the opposition as well. In this video we will demonstrating certain angles from the orthodox position against another orthodox fighter.
