Apart from this, the petition to hang the culprits separately in the Supreme Court will also be heard today. Convict Pawan had filed a mercy petition with President Ram Nath Kovind. After the mercy petition of Pawan was rejected, the Delhi government reached Patiala House Court for a new death warrant.
