Manchester United defeated Austria side, LASK in the first leg of Europa League rounds of 16 clash at Linz, the home stadium of LASK on Thursday night by a big 5-0 win in Austria courtesy of goals from Odion Ighalo, Daniel James, Juan Mata, Perreira and young forward, Mason Greenwood. Manchester United took an early lead in the match during 28’ minutes from an excellent strike from Nigeria international forward, Odion Ighalo after a superb assist from the Portuguese talisman, Bruno Fernandes.
The clash between the Red Army and LASK player was behind closed doors where neither of both club’s supporters were present due to the spread of deadly virus, Coronavirus in Europe. United doubled their lead through a clean through assist from Odion Ighalo toDaniel James and the Wales international forward converted it to a superb goal.
The Spaniard, Juan Mata add a third to make it 3-0 with a good finish after been assisted by Fred.
