3/4 cup yogurt

coriander leaves

1/3 cup oil1 tbsp lemon juice
biryani masala:-
12-15 pepper corn
4-5 cloves
1/8 nutmeg
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
1 mace
1 inch cinnamon
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
for rice:-
3 cup rice ( 500 g )
2-3 tbsp oil
3 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
3-4 cloves

2 bay leaves
2 tbsp oil
coriander leaves

1/3 cup milk
