Are BLIZZARD & NETEASE on the Same Page Regarding DIABLO IMMORTAL!!??

BLIZZARD & NETEASE don't appear to be on the same page regarding Diablo Immortal. Neteased claimed in FEBRUARY the game was basically ready BLIZZARD are saying that's not true and it remains in development. However a lot of what Wyatt Cheng says doesn't add up at all.
