Government will provide foundations for Singapore to unite to help the needy: DPM Heng

Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat said the government will provide strong foundations of opportunity and support for Singapore to unite as one people to uplift the less privileged. He also highlighted the need to tackle inequality during changing times and reassured that the country will tide over the current uncertainties when everyone works together.
