South Korea's presidential office says the government will begin thorough health checks on all people coming into the country from the Chinese city of Wuhan.
And that includes the more than 3-thousand who've come in since January 14th.
People infected with the virus show no symptoms during the two-week incubation period, so they'll all be checked regardless of whether or not they've been ill.
Earlier in the day, the president visited the National Medical Center in Seoul to check the response system himself.
There, he once again urged officials to take pre-emptive measures even if they may seem excessive.
